Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Festive seasons has potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Nebula™ offer A$10 flat rate standard shipping to Australia Wide and A$15 flat rate for express shipping.

Transit estimated time for standard shipping and express shipping is between 2 to 8 business days and 1 to 4 business days respectively.

Free standard shipping for purchase over A$49.

International Shipping

Nebula™ offer international shipping with a flat rate of A$20. The transit time for overseas shipping can vary between 6 to 27 business days.
